Need help with weight loss!

I am a stay at home mother of 4, Abbey 9, Izaak 7, Garrett 6, Samantha 4. I go to school part time, I also have a a part time job. I work about 15 hours a week. I am wanting to loose some weight. I am 5 foot 7 inches and I weigh 182 pounds. I want to weigh about 145-150 pounds. I have tried everything I can think of. I have only been able to loose 5 or so pounds and then I put it right back on. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. It is starting to get really frustrating. I need some help. If anyone has any good ideas and or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

The first thing you need to do if you don't already do it is eat breakfast, if you do not it does not matter what you do to lose weight it won't happen your metabolism needs a jump start in the morning and if you skip breakfast you will your metabolism into starvation mode and it will start to store fat. Second don't diet look at what types of foods you are eating and how much, for me I can not eat a huge amount of carbs or I just balloon however I can eat protein and seem to shed the pounds, other things to factor in is sugar there is sugar in everything we eat so you need to limit the amount of unnatural sugars you are eating as they cause the weight gain. Dieting just doesn't work you have to change your lifestyle and with 4 kids get them on board to do the same get everyone eating healthier. The last thing you need to do is exercise get those kids out for a daily walk, the more active you get and the healthier you are eating the pounds will come off, slowly but they will come off, I have instilled all of this into my life and have just recently added a treadmill to my weekly routine and have lost 5 pounds and a full pant size, it has taken a month since I chose this path and the results are encouraging I hope to lose about 50 pounds between now and next Christmas but you want to loose them slowly or they will just bounce back and then some if they come off too fast.
