need some advice and suggestions!

Im a week late today for my menstrual cycle but all the home pregnancy tests I've take come back negative... I'm not sure what to do. I don't have insurance at the moment so I can't go to the doctor. My periods are always regular, the only time I've missed one is when I was pregnant with my first child, he's almost two now...

Please give me any suggestions on what to do!

First off, buy some insurance, because if you are pregnant, it is going to cost a lot more than a single doctor's office visit, and unless you buy it before you find out you are pregnant, it will not cover the pregnancy. Also, make sure it is a policy that covers prenatal care--a lot of private policies don't.

Next, go to the doctor.

If you opt not to buy insurance, you are just going to have to suck it up and go to the doctor. An office visit is not usually more than $200. If you don't have insurance, you need to keep a few thousand in savings for medical expenses. I know that sucks, having that money sit there when it could be invested and earning, or when you could use it for something fun, but having lived without insurance for 6 years, I know that it is essential for life without insurance.

Last, if you don't want to buy insurance or see a doctor, all you can do is wait and see what your body does. It could just be a hormonal change, you never know.
