Hi! I am a single mother who is currently going to school. My 7 yr olds birthday is next month and I am looking for ideas to throw her a party. My house is not big and since I am not working I really can not afford much. Do anyone know of a cheap but fun theme for a party that can be done in a some what small house? If not does anyone know of a cheap party place to have a party for her. I just don't want her to think I don't care b/c I can't go all out like her "dad". PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I would be honest and tell her age can have 2-3 friends over for movie night. You could even set up a little spa for them and paint their nails. She may be disappointed she can't have a huge party but it doesn't make sense to spend money you don't have.

Last year my son and I put on a Christmas craft party. All the kids liked it and had fun.
