pediatrician refuses the admission of rice in milk bottles but I remember i used to give peplum rice at the first month what do you think?

Are you talking about rice cereal? You should never put a thickener in a bottle, as it has the potential to cause a choking hazard. Also, if your baby is under 6 months he/she is too young for anything other than breastmilk or formula, as this is where their nutrition comes from. Rice cereal is essentially filling as child with empty calories. Based on research, the World Health Organisation and the AAP both do not recommend feeding solid foods until around six months.

With regard to you remembering to do it in the first month, we know better now through scientific research. Just as a comparison of what you are saying - my mother took me home from hospital in her lap as a passenger in the car. That doesn't make it a good idea - science has taught us better now, we have better and safer knowledge. Same goes for feeding your baby rice cereal.
