Pink on Boys!

I would like it if some baby clothes manufacturers made pink clothes for boys. I love the colour and I don't think it's always for girls But I haven't found 1 single item of boys clothing that's pink. I bought a pink T-shirt for my Husband and he looks really good in it.

Everyone's opinions are welcome on this subject.

Real men wear pink! LOL...When we got married, my husband wore a pink shirt that matched the floral colors we'd picked. When he bought a new set of dress clothes, he went to 3 different places to find the right color pink.

I think men in pink is sexy! Provided, of course that pink is in their color wheel...LOL

My sons wear pink proudly, and quite well. I didn't usually dress them in pink when they were little tho, I waited until they could pick their own styles.

Old Navy has the cutest pink argyle sweater vest right now for spring. I think they pink polo shirts too.

Last spring Children's Place had a pink linen shirt and several other boys items with pink in them. I was shopping today at the Carter's store and saw a pink striped shirt (the body of the shirt was pink with other colors of stripes - navy, white, etc. You CAN find them you just have to look (hard). My son's coloring makes pink perfect for him as it!

Try a company like Ralph Lauren who makes preppier clothes... I love little boys in light pink polo shirts, and I have seen them from companies like that.

The last time I went to Walmart my 3 yr old looked at a girls shirt, white w/butterflies, I asked him if he wanted the butterfly and he said yes, but my husband said no...I would have bought it for him but he didn't seem to care too much. We'll save that for another day :) I agree w/Sharon, make your own :)

You can always wash a white outfit with a new red sock.
We dress our youngest boy in pink because he asks to. He's jealous of the girls (all 3 are the same age and share a room). That said, we're transitioning him to the boys' room as soon as school is out for the summer because he thinks he's a girl. Such is life.

Its so hard to tell a baby boy from a baby girl - most are distinguished by what they wear.

Half the moms here bitch because someone called their boy child a girl when it was dressed in all blue, and half complain about gender stereotypes.

My son is a real boy with a penis. My daughter is a girl with a vagina. I dressed the boys in blue & green and my daughter in pink. If she wants to grow up to be a construction foreman GREAT! If my son wants to do ballet - GREAT!

My husband has a pink polo shirt - I think he looks cute in it. My boys won't wear pink or certain shades of pale blue & bright greens. My daughter won't wear strong shades of blue or green, preferring pastels, black & red.

I wear every color under the rainbow so my & my husbands examples are not influencing them.

Buy a white shirt/shorts and dye it pink. I think little boys look cute in any color. But be prepared for the misconceptions that will follow.
