Hello Parents; I'm a mother of a wonderful happy little 1 year old but since she was born she has had a constant running nose and suddenly this cough the doctors claim it's allergies It hurts me because she can't sleep she is always coughing her nose is running every minute she has had a sleep test done as well is there in medication any who can recommend
