Does anyone have any suggestions? My 2 year old was potty trained in August, all was great for a while. For the last few months he has been pooping in his undies. It doesn't happen every day but most days. Nothing has changed. He does have a 6 month old sister.

He is in the not eating stage. I do put a little fiber powder in his water/juice.

Could be for attention, but I think it's because he could be constipated and holding it in as long as he can until it just comes out when he can't hold it anymore.
Most 2 year olds do this. My daughter did this for like 6 months on and off. And she ended up with hemmorids. Her little butt was so sore, she then was afraid to poop.. so it went from bad to worse.
Dr told me that when they hold it in, it becomes dry and then it hurts to push out.
I'd suggest to change his diet a bit, and look to see if his poop is had/dry.
