Potty Training StandStill

HELP!!! Our son Ty has been doing GREAT peeing on the potty and has had 2 BM's on the potty one about 6 weeks ago & 1 about a week ago. We ranted, we raved, cheered & almost cried w/ joy... However, we just can't get any kind of repeat performance on the BM (no progress). I've had friends suggest giving him fiber supplements; but really, is there something we can do w/o an extra expense?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated :)
I am tired of cleaning messes 1-2 daily :oP

I would give him some kind of reward for pooping in the potty. Pooping is a bigger obstacle for little ones, its scarier for them because poop feels more like a part of their body and watching it go in the toilet doesn't seem right to them. Also, if he is at all constipated and it hurts when he goes, he will associate the pain with the potty. Make sure he gets lots of water, fiber in the diet so that he has soft stools, then put him on the potty at times when he is likely to go, like after meals and snacks. If you see that look on his face, like he has to go, or if he tries to go to another room to hide to go, try to intercept him then and put him on the potty. If he has success then continue to rant and rave, give him a few M&M's or other treat for a reward. Do not scold or pressure when there are accidents or he'll come to regard the potty with dread and the process will take longer. Just be patient, he will eventually catch on.

I would just ignore it. Put some plastic pants over his undies.

He won't be doing this forever.
