Pumping problems

I have been breast feeding my dauther for almost 8 months now and for the last two weeks it has been almost impossible to get any milk by pumping. When I started I was pumping 6 or 7 oz with no problem and now all of a sudden out of no where I am having a problem. My little girl is still getting what she needs when she nurses but I am afraid that I am going to dry up before she is a year old and I want to breast feed her till then. I can't take Fenugreek so I am at a lose. I tried getting a new pump and now when I use my new pump I am also using my hands to help get more milk out. I drink water all day long and I am at a lose. Does anyone know what I should do?

What pump are you using? Does it need pump maintenance? When do you pump, for how long, etc? 6-7 oz is a LOT; way more than is typical. Pumping in addition to nursing, 0.5-2 oz combined is typical.
