i m a lactating mother of 22 month old girl child. last month for some reasons i was on antibiotics for a week and doctor advised me not to feed while taking these medicines. so i didnt feed her for dat 1 week. then my parents told me nw u shud nt feed her its high time. but i always wanted to feed her after taking those antibiotics and i still wants to feed her. also, now my breast is getting heavy and i m feeling enough milk supply for my daughter.i feel if she latches may be the pain and heaviness dat i m feeling may get relaxed. so is it safe to breastfeed my child after this duration time

If she wants to nurse... of course it's safe. If she is not interested in nursing anymore you can hand express a little bit of milk in the shower to relieve some of the pressure. Not too much as the more you express, the more you will make... but just enough to take the edge off and your body should adjust pretty soon.
