My son just turned 3 months old yesterday and he was waking up every 4-5 hours during the night. He recently started waking up every 2 hours again. And he seems supper hungry! Should i start giving him rice cereal? If so, how much should i give him?

He is too young. Increase his milk intake during the day. Feeding your baby too soon (recommendations are around 6 months) can potentially cause problems later, as their digestive systems are not ready to process anything but breastmilk or formula yet. Rice cereal is also pretty empty calories - it has little to no nutritional value. Your baby is far better off nutritionally if you increase his milk intake, as Sarah suggested.
It is also a myth that it helps them sleep at night.

Check with your child health nurse, but I can't see why he can't have rice cereal, my eldest son wad started at 6 weeks on solids and he is now 28, he was always a hungry baby it actually helped to settle him and he thrived, every child is different. :-)
