my baby has received her 4th month vaccination.. as usual.. she had a bit of swelling on her thighs and it was a bit painful the whole day as she felt the pain when we touched and she cried.. and gradually that went away.. thought she is back to her normal self.. but recently what i've observed is.. there is still a small clot on her thigh.. she doesnt feel any pain no matter how hard the clot is pressed.. is that normal or something that should be worried about?? any suggestions?? appreciate the responses..

If you are concerned, you should be contacting your doctor immediately. If you are concerned enough to ask strangers on the internet, you are concerned enough to take her to a real person (doctor or health centre) to get it checked. Sorry, but anything that causes concern following a vaccination should be followed up.
