My baby is two weeks old and I wasn't planning for having a baby, all of the sudden I have to handle him and I have no idea how??!! There is no parental classes provided in my country, I feel exhausted, sleepless, my nipples are so sore.
1. I live in a country that I wish I can leave, bUT my husband insist on staying
2. I feel I was forced to go through pregnancy, labour, and now these sleepless exhausting nights
3. My husband is supportive but it.feels like it's all for the baby, which I understand

Try finding other moms in your area to connect with. What you are feeling is what every mother of a newborn feels. Sleep when you can and know it does not last forever. Your life has forever changed but you do start to not feel like a zombie. Try to focus on the positives. Also know that your hormones are still getting back to normal. Be aware of postpartum depression. Try getting out of the house each day even if it is for a 5 min. Walk with the baby.
