I have been pregnant three times in the matter of four months! I have miscarried every single one of them! My husband and I went under Fertility treatments! We just found out I am pregnant again! Calculating from my last. I should be five weeks along. My first doctor appointment is on Wednesday. My concern is I look for months pregnant. I know this is common after having multiple pregnancies but I have no living children and have never carried my pregnancies no longer and then 10 weeks. I am 5'2 and only weigh 110lbs. Is this normal to look more pregnant than I should?

Definitely mention it to your doctor. Looking four months pregnant at five weeks is unusual even if you've carried several pregnancies to term. The only time I've heard of someone puffing up so dramatically is with higher order multiples (three or more). Are your pregnancy symptoms more pronounced this time (more tired, more nauseous, etc)?
