My son is 7 years old and I've become quite serious with a man who has a 7 year old son as well. Our boys are polar opposites, his all boy, tough and macho, on a wrestling team, etc. My son hasn't had a great deal of male influence in his life (he's not seen his father in almost 2 years) and has quite a flair for the dramatic. His primary influences being myself and his 18 year old sister who just recently moved out.
Both boys have been through a great deal, are sensitive and experiencing jealousy issues. I love these boys so very much and would like ideas on how to help them with this transition. I want to provide mental and emotional stability, help them to feel stable and secure. Please share your experiences
