Tips on Losing Baby Weight.

Pre-pregnancy I weighed about 145 lbs.

I now weigh about 189 lbs.

My son is now 13 months old, I haven't lost a one single pound since he was born. I have cut soda and junk food from my diet already, I try to eat more veggies and fruits, and I go for walks daily. I feel very unhealthy being at the weight I am, because technically I am consider Obese (Class 1). To be at a healthy weight, I would have to go down to 140 lbs.

Do you moms have any tips that worked for you or someone you know?

It's a lifestyle change. Eat less, move more. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily before meals. Eat 6 small meals a day. Cut out all whites- bread, pasta, sugar, dairy. Do not eat after 6pm. Try running as long as you can then walk at least an hour 6 times a week. Stretch before and after exercise. Do at least 15 min of resistance 3 times a week. If you do this I promise you will see results in 2-3 weeks. Text me back If you want. It's hard but worth it. Also go to the fitness section of this site they have some good 10 minute resistance videos !
