Hi mommies. I've been back working for 2 months and I dread leaving my baby with someone we barely know each day. It's hard to leave my career because I've built seniority and have almost 4 months of vacation accumulated. I've always enjoyed what I do but I enjoy being a mom so much more. There's a big chance if I quit I won't be rehired. How will I know if being a stay home mom is right for me?

Thank you Michelle for those awesome questions! Unfortunately I can't work part-time. And financially it would be tough. I wouldn't get bored staying at home, I love it. I have such a big decision to make. :/ I really appreciate your response, bless you.

No one can really answer that for you. It depends on so many things in your own family. Can you afford to not be working? Will you get bored staying at home? Is there any way you can work part time instead? That way you may get the best of both worlds.
