My toddler is a poor eater, she refuses to eat fruits and veggies she only eats pasta, bread, dairy... I need to figure out what to feed her that will help her not hold in her poop because it hurts her and it hurts me because I can't help her... Pls help asap...

Her diet and her holding her poop are two separate issues. Yes a diet low in fiber can lead to constipation, but often times little ones will hold their poop for other reasons. Discuss using miralax with your pediatrician. It is a tasteless powder that can be added to water or juice and will help soften her stools so she won't be able to retain them. Has she started potty training? Once a little one has a painful stool, the problem tends to perpetuate itself until you can help her learn that it won't hurt all of the time. Keep on putting veggies and fruits in her diet and give her some choices. She will try them and most likely find some she enjoys. Also, you can make a smoothie by adding fruits and some mild flavored veggies to yogurt.
