We (my sister and I) came to an agreement that she would help me by taking care of my son until I got back on my feet... now that I'm ready, she has gotten to attached to my son even got him calling her "Moma" and she won't even let him alone with me in fear of anything she can't control. She hasn't said it out loud but I know she don't want to give him back. What can I do legally now that she has custody of him .
