Ttc, how much cramping is too much?

Hi ladies, I have short bursts of pinpointed cramping all month located low on either side I'm guessing my ovaries. Starting at about day 6 through 28. I seem to ovulate at day 14, and have very regular 28 day cycles? Anyone else have this or know if it is normal?
