I always go by what each child tells me, if shes taking it well and eats if fast and good, go ahead and try a few bites with her I have 5 children and the whole allergy thing haha I was always to tired to remember anyways unless a serious reaction occured, if they dont like something usually they wont even take it in just keep pushing out, give it to her today I say, my littlest is 4 months already been on rice for about a month his older brother was eating ribs and full dinners with us by the time he was 5 months

Try one new thing a week, this way if they have a reaction to something you know what it is. If they keep refuseing it or throw up or get a rash they probably should have it. I know kids that can't have peas or another that can't have bananas, so it is important to do one new thing a week. Also i would do the vegtable first, some kid won't eat the vegatables after they have had the sweet fruits.

I always introduced one new food at a time and waited a few days to add another kind of food. I am from America I dont think we have baby porridge? I am not sure really what that is. Anyway, when my boys were babies I introduced rice cereal then I think I did anther kind of cereal. then vegtables, fruit last becasue once they taste the sweetness they may not like vegtables as much. I forgot what my doctor said but she said either start with the orange vegatbles first them the green ones, or the other way around, I cant remeber. but you want to make sure your child does not have an allergic reaction so try out the new food for a few days before adding a new one,.
Have fun with this age because they grow up way too fast :)

You can start her on new things as soon as you see that she has adjusted to the rice and there's no allergies to it. But it is wise to only try new things one at a time so that you can tell if she is allergic to it and you don't have to wonder what it was that she was allergic to. I hope that helps!!!

i would say leave her on it for a week see how she gets on n then start slowey adding less milk so she gets used to the diffrent textures n once u see her coping wid thicker textures start moving your daughter on to diffrent foods but bland ones first like porriage bananna rusks.
