What are the visitation rights for an out-of-state parent?

I previously lived in Florida with my daughter's father. When I was 7 months pregnant, we split up, and now I live in Georgia, where I gave birth to my daughter. My question is: If her dad gets visitation, will he be allowed to bring her to Florida? I really do not want her to leave the state without me.

It's not out of state for us, but it's as far away from each other as we can possibly get and still be in the same state... and requires a plane for travel.

All I can tell you is our visitation schedule since yours will depend on your particular situation.... My ex is allowed to fly here one weekend a month (visitation that he hasn't taken in almost 2 years) and he flies to pick up the kids (until our youngest is 5 in a year... then they will fly alone) for 4 weeks each summer, one week after Christmas, and every other Spring Break... assuming he has the financial resources for all of that. He is required to provide transportation since he is the one that moved away from us.
