I have a really good recipe for prune chocolate chip cookies which mine love and always sorts out any problem.  You would never know there are prunes in them. Let me know if you want it.  Good luck!

My son had problems from very early till about 12 months and we tried everything,  Hot bath, prune juice, pear juice, once our health visitor used a suppository (that workded!), hot water bottle on the tummy.  We still now always give him watered down pear juice first thing in the morning just to help keep him regular.

As for the rash, baby powder, or some sort of zinc cream preferrably one with cod liver oil in it, smells bad but usually helps sore bums.

Hope some of this helps, good luck .

Good old fashioned corn starch always help with my daughter..really eased diaper rash...

Prune juice, apple juice and having your little one lay on her back and you move her legs in a back and forth motion...I would sing row row row your boat when I would do this with my daughter...helps get things moving. Good luck!

Hello there I have a question is your child younger than 18months old?

Have you ever thought maybe its her milk (formula). Some babies do have sensitive to formulas and sometimes are latose and tolerant.

another way is giving your baby a massage to let that bowel movement move through the intestine.if the baby does not like this then stop the massage.

or you can actually make them move. MOVEMENT in their legs and actually just walking and mobility will increase the flow of stomach. The more movement the more everything will be able to flow along.

Or you can give your baby a bath, which relaxes them. afterwards when you wash your baby's bottom, apply some cream or petroleum jelly (Vaseline) or with some BABY power WITH CORNSTARCH around the outside of the anus. This will really help a lot too..

Hope that helps you out. TB

Have you tried apple juice, plum juice or prune juice? Worked well with my kiddies.
