I would put her in her own bed from now on, or invest some time researching how to co sleep safely. You're not a bad mom, you'll make tons of mistakes during motherhood, everyone does. She'll be okay. If she seems lethargic take her to a walk in clinic. Keeping baby awake after a fall/head trauma is not needed- this is an old wives tale. You CAN let a baby sleep after they have hit their head, as long as you wake them up a half hour later. It can actually benefit them as most young children just need to shut down (emotionally and physically) after a trauma- this is normal- if you can't wake them after a half hour or so, take them to the ER.
