My baby girl is 10 months old and she have these little bumps on her arms and I was wondered what can I used and where they come from

Is the kid itching them? The pharmacist may know some over the counter treatments that won't interfere with the most common problems. Sensitive skin break outs, immune problems, dry skin, and heat rash are some of the possible problems.

It could be a skin condition. My son gets them if we use any commercial bubble bath or shower gel.
I suggest you go and see your doctor first as you could make it worse by using creams etc.
