What should I do during early early pregnancy to make sure my baby grows the way it should and is healthy?

I just found out this past week that my fiance and I are going to be having a baby. This is his second baby, but it's my first. He knows what to expect but unfortunately, I don't.
What should I do to make sure my baby grows right and is healthy throughout the pregnancy and is healthy when he/she is born??
(Vitamins, eating habits, sleeping habits, etc...)

Take your vitamins, and actually take extra calcium. Surprisingly pre natals never have enough calcium. Make sure to eat a banana per day for the potassium. Calcium and potassium help with avoiding or lessening leg cramps. Exercise, walk whatever. Just keep in shape. Drink PLENTY of water. Sleep when you need it, eat healthy, and go to your appointments. Congratulations and good luck!
