My 2 Month old son eats every three hours. If he is suppose to eat at 3 pm but sleeps and then wakes up at 4 or 5 do i feed him then or feed him at 6? if i feed him then do i still feed him at his same feeding time?

I would leave him to sleep and feed him when he wakes up hungry. His feeding and sleeping patterns may be changing.

This depends - from the feeding, I am led to believe you are breastfeeding. Are you bottle or breastfeeding? Bottle fed babies generally sleep for longer spells. Breastfed babies seem to eat long and sleep shorter. I breastfed/bottle fed breast milk for the first two months and then went to formula. When my daughter breastfed she ate every two hours for up to forty minutes for the first month. By the second month I pumped breastmilk and fed it from the bottle (in addition to breastfeeding) for that month - when I fed her from the bottle she slept for up to six hours uninterrupted, had normal growth, and did not wake up crying (from hunger as people would expect). When I switched to formula alone it remained the same - this could have more to do with the fact she was getting older and having different sleep cycles.

I would say "ask" him :) see if he is rooting, chewing, crying (this is the last sign of hunger), etc. My daughter could sleep up to six hours, but every kid is different. By two months you may not need to wake him up to feed anymore - many babies awake on their own. I'd say just watch him.

Hi there! I would feed him when he wakes up. Elena sleeps through feedings sometimes; no biggie to feed him when he wakes up. He probably would get cranky before 6.
