What to do about a child who is extremely picky?

Hi! I am new to this website. My child is a 10-year-old girl who refuses to eat meat or vegetables or fruits. Her typical meal is noodles with butter or pancakes/waffles or pizza or grilled cheese and fries. Sometimes applesauce. She drinks tea or milk. She throws a tantrum whenever I had tried to put my foot down and now it's to the point I am worried about her health. She takes flinstone vitamins and the doctor's say she is fine with her blood work, but what can I do? She is 10 and doesn't eat anything health whatsoever.

So you keep dishing up this food to her? Or do you dish up meat, vegetables, fruits and let her go hungry?

Let her throw a damn tantrum. Clearly the tantrums work for her.......

You are enabling her picky eating.
