My twin grandson has always had a super strong pull when he sucked his thumb. So much so that as an infant when he was given a pacifier, he would suck and release and it would shoot across the room. Now at age 3 soon to be 4 in February, his two top teeth were loose but as of yesterday one has fallen out. Need ideas to help him stop.
