What to feed a one year old

HELP! I am a 47 year raising my granddaughter, who is now 12 months oId. It is tough to say the least. But I have forgotten almost everything about feedings. I know I should have her on more texturized food, but am terrified she will choke. We eat all organic and natural foods, which she gets (after I've turned it to mush). I gave her some scrambled egg, she gagged, I freaked out, and that was that. I know she has to get used to different textures, but I am a big chicken. She has four upper teeth, two lower. Any suggestions on what to start feeding her?

She should be eating very small bites of table food. They can still gum it. Obviously no raw veggies, but she can eat chicken cut into small pieces, actually any kind of meat. Cooked veggies, Mac n Cheese, everything.
