i have just found out i miscarried my child im 11 weeks when i miscarried now 12 weeks im afraid of surgery i havent had any bleeding or spotting just cramps being my 1st miscarriage im unsure what to look for or anything can someone please help me? is it normal to also leak green fluid my body hasnt showed any sign of me not being pregnant

Green fluid doesn't sound right. If anything, it sounds like an infection. You should get that checked by your doctor.
