Honey, you do need to talk to your doctor. It is not uncommon, nor are you a bad person, to have these types of feelings, especially after your first. Your husband did NOT have the chemical and hormonal changes to his body that you did with your pregnancy, and it's really easy for a man to tell you to "suck it up", but you need to feel better.

Make an appointment with your physician. Tell your husband to suck it up, you need to speak with a professional, and unless HE is a physician, he cannot help in this case. Tell him you'd like his support, rather than his 'advice' of telling you to suck it up.

You may find that you have a bit of post partum depression, or that you're still a littl chemically imbalanced from the pregnancy and birth. Trust me, you are NOT a bad mom!

Shawnn's right. Talk to your doctor. There may be different things they would suggest instead of pills, but even if they do give you pills, there's nothing wrong with wanting to feel better. If your husband tells you to "suck it up," kick him in the balls and tell him to "suck it up".... not really. But he does not know what you're going through, so he can't really make that kind of decision for you.
