Whole milk and constipation? I'm lost!

We just started our daughter on whole milk last week (her birthday was yesterday) and she really seems to like it and has/had no problem with the switch as far as taste. She has been very constipated and it really is bothering her as it would anyone else. This is my first child so I have no idea what to do. Should we keep giving her the milk? Is this a normal thing that will go away? We also give her lots of water and fiber so I know that's not it.

Oh and she has eczema, a small patch on her cheek that she's had since she was about two months old. We keep it under control with Aquaphor and you can barely notice it now but when we started the whole milk it seemed to flare up, does this mean she's intolerant? I'm so lost! Thank you for any advise or help given.

was she breastfed? if so then it could be the cow's milk, i know my own baby (now older) had problems when first got it. if they got formula then it shouldn't be a problem since formula is cow milk based. are they ok with other milk products like yogurt?

cows milk can be a trigger for eczema so I would see a doctor about that. It also can cause constipation in large amounts. You should limit cows milk to 20oz per day to avoid this.
