I have been working with my attorney for nine years. I have been considered a "paralegal" for the past four. We do corporate/securities work, a little political strategizing for companies, a few DUIs on the side and every once in a while we do a child custody case for free to help out single moms. I have to say that I hate family law and immigration law, it is much too intense into people's lives for me and it scares me that something my attorney or I might do would hurt someone in those areas! THat and I always get very emotionally involved and I think if I did too many, it would make me stressed out and crazy!

I really love what I do and am looking into getting my accounting degree to get some more information on financials to aide in writing documents. The only draw back is that I and my attorney are the only people in our office and I spend so much of my day at my computer alone that I am always looking for people to chat with online, so i can meet new people and have some sort of social component because I get a little lonely sometimes! Looking forward to hearing more about you.

Warmest wishes,
