Anyone working full time, trying to manage family, and trying to sell your house?

I am trying to get my house ready to put on the market in the next month or so, but am finding it difficult to get anything done while working full time, and trying to manage my family life w/ housework. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You might try getting a maid service for a while and also one of those rent a space to put some of the stuff so you can get the house ready.

WOW! That's a lot to handle at once... just take it one day at a time. Make a list of the things you need to accomplish and a time frame in which you'd like to get it done. Not the every day things, mind you... laundry, cooking and cleaning are just a part of life and you might already have a schedule for that. Once you make your list, prioritize it and cross off the things you get done, one at a time. It';l seem overwhelming at first, but as the things on the list get crossed off, you'll feel better about you ability to "do it all". Post the list somewhere you'll see it every day. It'll remind you not to procrastinate. Be sure to plan to finish a task once you've started it and don't begin another until you've accomplished the first. It's been proven that if you write down your goals, you will feel they carry more of a sense of importance than if they were just floating around in your head. "Begin with the end in mind", see yourself standing in the middle of your empty room with everything packaged, boxed and labeled, ready to begin again in your new home. Good luck!
