Bottle preference - Help!

I have a 4mos old daughter, she was exclusive breast fed until 3mos, then I went back to work. The last week she has started to refuse the breast and the last two days have been a nightmare of her screaming. She will latch, suck for less than a second and drop off, latch again and drop off (36 times on one side this morning before she finally fed for about 2min). I don't let down well to a pump and rely on her boosting my supply over the weekend so we can get through the week (I only pump about half of what she needs during the day and rely on pumping at night including weekends to make sure I have enough to get through).

I also had trouble pumping. I would only get about half of what my daughter was actually eating at the time. I however did formula and breast from the beginning (mostly breast though) knowing I would be going back to school full time when she was about 6 months. It sounds like your daughter is about to give up on the breast. That sounds like what my daughter started doing at 6 months of age when I had to stop nursing. My daughter would latch, suck for a little bit, and scream at the top of her lungs until I gave her a bottle. After 3 days or so of this we just gave up and went to all formula feedings. If you do decide that you have to go to formula, I'd start mixing what supply of breast milk you have left with formula so that she doesn't just go straight to a new taste that she's not familiar with. I hope that you can find a way to salvage your supply though. Try finding a lactation consultant who can help you out. Good luck.
