Mackenzie age 6 had the stomach flu and also ruptured her eardrum (force of vomitting) very traumatic week long sickness for her. When she started to feel better, trying to get her to eat has been a struggle along with the constant complaints that her tummy hurts. I have been tracking her bowel movements which have been very little amounts and not very frequent. I am worried that she is constipated...do you have any suggestions? I am open to try anything at this point!

hi sara, here in australia we have an over the counter laxative called benefibre, you mix it into whatever you wish to add it to, it has no taste..and works brilliantly. its not at all harsh and is very safe to use..
