I'm a working mother -- so as it is my time is very limited in the evenings. My son is allergic to nuts and I'm allergic to soy, nuts and carrots. We were doing ok managing all that. But... we just found out my daughter is allergic to Milk, Eggs & Wheat. How do I cook for all this?! Please any recipes, magazines, website would be extremely helpful.

I would sugggest buying a gluten free cook book. My step-son was allergic to wheat (he out grew it) and when I was looking for recipies I found that a lot of the recipies also leave out soy, nuts, and other common allergies. If they don't they can tell you how to make the recipe w/o certain ingredients. Also, it might be helpful to just take a day and make a bunch of food that your son can eat, your daughter can eat, and you can eat, even if it is all different, and freeze it. That way, when you are in a rush to make dinner or can't cook to please everyone, there is something in the freezer you can pull out.
