Going back to work

Hi, I m going back to work in a week. My baby is only 2.5 months and I feel so guilty/scared/sad for leaving him. My husband and I considered me quiting my job so that I can stay with our baby, but we are not financially able to do it at this time. I don't know how other families do it. I also like my job, so I feel very conflicted. I just need some words of encouragement. Thanks!

Going back to work is hard - no doubt about it. Good child care really helps with the transition bor you and baby (and so does a good support system). I've been back at work for just over 3 months - it is definitely a tough juggling act. Remember to cherish the time you are home with your little one and don't try to do too many other things (the dusting etc. can wait - spend as much of your home time as you can hugging your baby!)

Im already back to work. and first I thought same way like guilty or scare or sad to leave my girl. But Im doing that for her. Why dont you not thinking sad way and think you are going back to work for your son to make him happy and buy some toys for him. you have enough time to chil with him still at the night time or day off!!

Dont be sad!! we are only mom for baby!!
