As a working mum the time you spend wth them is quality, during the week you go through the motions as most families do and you  work to give them the best that you can. don't feel guilty for doing the best you can.

Hi, please, do not feel any bad, we do what we can for the benefits of our kids, and during the days off, our kids appreciate every minute of the time with us. I know moms that are with their kids 24/7 until they are who knows what age, I gave my boy to the childminder at 1 year of his age, to go back to work, and he is very independent boy now, I would say with better understanding than the kids that hold on mom's skirt all the time.

My working schedule is very similar to yours, often I go on biz trips and do not see my boy for a week or two, surely breaks my heart, but not much I can do, and I give all my time during weekend to my son, we have laugh, fun, we enjoy it, and he doesnt love me any less than if he was with me all the week. I fully understand how you feel and all I can say is our kids love us no matter how many hours we work, so no reason to feel bad, guilty or anything. Regards, Lenka
