I just moved to MD and I really don't like my job and it's not like it pays well either. With the economy it is really hard to find a career job where I am but the "work from home" adds aren't very trust worthy to me... Any ideas?????

I am not a true stay-at-home mom but would one day like to be.  Still, extra money is nice so I am part of a business in that you might be interested.  Check out http://dnt.MomsMakeMore.com.  I like this business because it's not selling, no parties and I can do it on my own time schedule.  It might work for you, it might not.

I'm a Coastie wife and mom to a 21 mo girl that just moved to a new city and looking for a new job. I have my first interview this afternoon but from what I've been told about the company, it just doesn't sound all that great. The pay is really low compared to what I was making in my old city and they have very little paid time off. I was told 3 paid holidays and 2 unpaid holidays a year with 1 wk vacation after 1 yr. My hubby, gets 4 wks a year plus about 10-11 holidays. He is stationed on a boat so I feel like when he is home and could take time off, I will be working while he hangs out a home. I wish there were legitimate work from home careers where you could make descent money. Best bet is to get in with a company that will consider it.

I currently work from home as a medical transcriptionist.  I had to take courses online and it is by no means an easy job, but I get to spend a lot more time with my family due to not having to drive to work and drive home, etc.   They pay is decent, but you get paid based on production.  The faster you type, the more you get paid.  Good luck!  I also put a link to my blog in which is a way to make a little extra money at home on the side.  It is by no means a full-time income, but you can easily make an extra 40 bucks a month.  If interested, go to http://bam-easymoney.blogspot.com/
