HELP...how do you cope with stress...i feel that my body is not coping?please help

hello, i am just wondering how other mums cope with stress. i am always getting sick because i feel run-down and way too stressed! does anyone know about any vitamins that i could take or anything i could do to help myself....any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Katrina,



How is your body not coping with stress?  Are you not sleeping well?  Do you get up feeling exhausted?  Women need at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night.  If you aren't getting that amount then your body will suffer.  Exercise is another way of relieving stress.  Taking a walk, jumping on a trampoline, turning on your favorite music and just dancing up a storm.  Have a pillow fight with the kids.  There are also foods that can help relieve stress avocado being one of them, nuts being another.  I hope this helps.

Hi katrina, I feel a bit stressed too, and sometimes seems I won't be able to do what am supposed to! In those cases I just try to relax a bit and try to think that first thing i smy son, and leave all other thigs to evening timw, when he sleep and my husband is home with me and everything is easier.

During the day I work till 6 pm and then go to pick him up to my mom house or my husband's mom, and then we go home. But have to say that we get in, everuthing is better! i don't have any advice, just wanted to let ypu know you're not alone!

Hi Katrina,



Stress comes in various forms.  I am very familiar with a too busy schedule and feeling like  I have to be a super mom, and do it all.  What is your schedule like?  With a bit more information perhaps I can make some suggestions to your specific situation rather than throwing generalities at you.
