HELP! My 10 month old refuses to take her medicine!

She has an ear infection so I want to make sure she is getting all her meds down but she just clamps down and won't take it. She spits it out all over the place if I can even get it in there. I've tried a couple different flavors, mixing it with a little milk, putting it in a nipple for her to suck down, doing a tiny bit at a time, nothing works! :(

sometimes you just have to be cruel to be kind. My little man would not take his medicine whaen he was really ill and in the end we had to put it in a syringe and squirt it into his mouth then hold his mouth closed until he had swallowed. 20 seconds of screaming then was happy again.

I have the same when my kids were very young, you can try giving her an ice-block and then the meds as the ics-block numbs. I work in a nursing home and they use ice-cream topping and mix the meds.I hope this will help
