I had my little girl 4 years ago and now matter what I do I can NOT get this weight off. Does anybody have any advice? I have tried diet pills, I strictly went to eating fruits and veggies, and I also won't eat past 7:00. I don't know what else to do.

Transitions. Its a Lifestyle Management System, not a diet. You can implement it with your children as well - exercising, eating right, and most importantly Health. Health is more important than weight - having some weight/meat on ya isn't the big concern - its how healthy you are on the inside, that reflects on the outside. If you'd like more information send me a private message.

Try Pliates it really helps tighten your core as well as pull in those stomach muscles that were stretched out when you were pregnant.

Hi! I lost my baby weight through Weight Watchers, but more recently I have used in home walking. There are some DVD's, called Walk At Home by Leslie Sansone. It is very easy to do - I have two left feet so was relieved to see there are only 4 basic steps she has you do in this DVD. I found that her workouts, which are mostly marching in place, help you lose the weight and get very fit! I do one 3 times a week for about 30 minutes, which is the same as walking two miles each workout. I highly recommend these DVDs!! I got rid of the last 10 pounds and have kept it off.
Good Luck!

Hi Leann. I am gladd you asked that question. I found a really good book called the weightloss cures they don't want us to know about, by Kevin Trudeau. Some of the tips that I have used to help me go from 180 to 170 is: drinking chamomile tea, coconut oil, eating grape fruits, walking daily, drinking more water ( 1 glass when waking up in the morning) and so much more. I do not use diet pills only natural supplements. I have also started a health blog: http://thenaturalwayofliving101.blogspot...

Take a look at the blog and pass it on to your friends. As a mom, I understand that we forget to take care of our selves. Let me know what you think and if the tips help!!!

i used to run a weight loss program, i had a bad problem keeping my baby weight on , over the yrs it gort worse, go on stick protienm you can have chicken, tuna fish, some lunch meat, sugar free jello and egg whites, and nothing but water for the first wk, if you like coffee, 1 cup of straight black...due that for a week to re-start you metabolism, then slowly add veg, salad. but rem drink lots of water, also if you can take a vit b-6 and b12...

I totally know where you're coming from. I have a 4 month old and I still have 16 pounds to lose. Lost 30 immediately after having the baby. But, the rest is sticking. My work today is 11 hours, leaving me only 3 hours a day with the baby. I can't work out at lunch because I have to take pumping breaks which takes up my hour a day. I wish I had time to exercise. I would have to get up at 3:30 am to fit it in.

I go to Zumba class at the Y and went down 2 sizes in no time without changing my diet. Go to www.zumba.com and put in your zip code to find classes near you. Good luck!!

I went back to work when my dtr was 7 wks old so time was definately and issue for me. I joined a gym and went to an aerobics class over my lunch hour. The class was geared for the lunch hour so timelines fit perfectly in my schedule. I'd pack a lunch and eat the sandwich on my way back to the office. I know i would have had more fun eating and gabbing with the coworkers but I made it back in my jeans like it wanted!!

I agree with Spree Manuel, Exercise with the diet, I would recommend reading the South Beach Diet and give it a try! I stuggle everyday with the baby fat! When I started I was 222 and now I am down to 160. It is hard work!

I got involved in the Global corporate Challenge (GCC) this year & I have finally been able to loose a fair bit of fat from my stomach & all I have done is wear a pedometer every day & make sure I do at least 10000 steps in a day but it has worked better if I do between 15000 to 20000 steps in a day, this is about 1 to 2 hours of walking or stepping on the WII fit. The weight has not really come off but my measurements have definitely have gone done specially in my stomach, I started this in June & the GCC goes till September, & I think I will continue to use a pedometer daily.
