My oldest is almost 2 and a half and the baby is 3 months. It was a challenge at first, the biggest one being that my older daughter hates when the younger one cries. But as someone said below, I have her help. She brings me diapers or the pacifier. And I always make sure to have time for both of them separately, which is hard because I work but important. One day you'll wake up and wonder how you manage it but you do.

Mine are 20 months apart. Baby slings or snuggly are helpful to handle the tasks of a toddler. I did alot of sitting on the floor and having both kids close. Toddlers are great go get Mommy fetchers they like to help. You will develop a routine and rhythm to your days and the kids will follow it. Dont worry your not alone or the first Mom to have this question!

I have 3 children ages 6yrs-4yrs-1mo. My oldest was 2 almost 3 when our second was born. It was tough because I was recovering from a c-section, and she was potty training! I let family help when they offered, but tried not to send her off with grandparents too much because that just made it the harder when she came home & I had to de-grandparent her. It also confuses them that you don't want them around. So my suggestion is if people offer to help have them come to your house so both your children can stay with you and you can spend time with each.
