im a working mom, how to lose weight after giving birth? my jeans does not fit me at all?

To me, weight is not the actual concern but the shape is probably what you want back in fact,right?

I got back into all my skirts and most pants in 3 months and my experiences are:

1. keep pumping your milk if you are breastfeeding. (This burns the fat stocked up during pregnancy.)

2. wear some shaping panties to help tightening your stretched belly. (This really helps because the loose skin does not tighten up that quickly if nothing holds them in place.)

3. take calcium supplement to help rebuild your loose joint. (A lot of mom don't realize that the change of their shape is, in a large part, due to the change of their bones, not just the fat or loose skin...)



Try it. Try focusing on your shape, not your weight.
