she always throw temper when she cant get the things she wants.

thats part of life, being upset with not getting your way. Usually just separating her from the situation will calm them down or at the least teach her that you've had enough. Or take whatever the temper problem is away from her.

That's just a normal phase. They don't have the ability to deal with their frustrations yet. Just be patient with her. It's all about distraction! And it will be for some time to come. I asked a psychologist specialised in child development once at what age it is developmentally appropriate to start giving children time-outs and punishment and she said not until 2.5-3 years old. Until then it's all about trying to avoid situations where they can get in trouble, using "no" sparingly, and re-directing them.

Being a working mom is difficult especially when they are still little. If you start giving in to her temper tantrum once she will think that she can get away with it everytime. What is it that she wants?
