I know how you feel. I have 4 boys, and although I am married, the kids still come to me. And he's not home a whole lot. The only time I get kid free is the time I drive to and from work, or if I go to the grocery store, and that isn't always kid free.

guessed it's possible. my kids' (2yo & 1yo) bedtime is at 8.30pm every night. The latest time they can stay up is at 9.30pm. After that, the time is all mine :)

An hour a day is more than possible! One set expectations that when you get home you want to do " ? ". Set up a quiet station for her with books, a small snack and an activity that she can do by herself. A rewarding activity with you at the end of the hour will also be a great incentive for he to let you have your much needed down time. It might take awhile for her to grasp that it's "mom's" time but be persistent, you can do it and so can she!
