have you thought of a night light so that she is able to see the cup when she wakes up? I also put the cup in the same spot every single night and one of the last things I say to C when she goes to bed is Here is your sippy cup. When I check on her she is actually snuggling her cup it's adorable.

As for sleeping through the night, every child is different. I know one lady with a three and four year old and it is common for them to be up in the middle of the night.

Thanks and I have tried that it works but she wakes up a couple of time looking for the sippy cup. I thought by now she would be sleeping through the night.

=]My daughter did that when she was 16 months old. I found putting her to bed with a sippy cup of water really helped. She would wake up thirsty and if she had a sippy cup then she could tkae a drink and put herself back to sleep. Other than that, I have used the Cry It Out method with my son when he was younger and I don't have many issues with him sleeping through the night.
