I like the seat btu it depends on the age and size of the child you want it for. It has a minimum weight of 22 lbs i believe and is forward facing only. Kids should remain rear facing as long as possible. It is safer for their necks in an accident. That said if your child is under 33 lbs and short enough to fit in a convertible rear facing I would buy one of those. Then use it forward facing till your child is too big then get the nautilus. Remember the harness and high back booster expire 6 yr in the nautilus and the backless booster part is good for 9 years.

I like it. We had already purchased two Britax convertible seats - one for my car, one for my husbands car. But I recently needed a third car seat for in my mom's car for my daughter. She was 13 months old at the time. I like that it works for her at this age as a forward facing convertible seat, but then it will work as a booster as she gets older. With the Britax ones, we're going to have to get boosters when it's time.

I have a friend who has had the Nautilus since August... her daughter had just turned 3 at the time. She was the one who recommended it to me because she likes it so much.
